We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and run our website. Specifically:

• Consultation form submissions. Name, email address, organization, organization type, service interest, and the project description you provide.
• Direct communications. Email or phone correspondence you initiate with us, including any attachments or context you choose to share.
• Basic analytics. Page views, referrers, browser type, approximate geographic region, and aggregated session behavior collected by PostHog to help us understand how the site is used.
• Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, requested path) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers or behavioral ad pixels on this site.

• To respond to your consultation request and follow up.
• To schedule and deliver engagements you have asked us to scope.

• MongoDB — encrypted database storage for consultation submissions.
• Resend — transactional email delivery to notify our team of new consultation requests (only used when configured).
• PostHog — privacy-focused product analytics.
• Hosting infrastructure — our application is hosted on infrastructure operated by Emergent.

We do not transfer your information to other third parties except as required by law.

6. How long we keep information

• Consultation submissions. Retained as long as needed to deliver the engagement, then archived. We delete records on request.
• Analytics. Retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months.
• Server logs. Retained for up to 30 days.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted at-rest storage where available, hashed admin credentials, brute-force protection on authentication endpoints, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries for essential functionality (session handling on the admin dashboard) and for PostHog analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings; doing so may affect the admin dashboard but will not affect the public site experience.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. This site is intended for professional and organizational audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
